Tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive the package

Hello, I am the receiver of EMS tracking number ZA04584384501.
Tracking shows delivered in Guelph, Canada on Feb 10 but I did not receive the parcel.
Please tell me which local courier delivered the parcel in Canada and whether proof of delivery exists.
