When I try to track my package, I receive "No tracking information for the shipment or overdue tracking".
I contacted the seller on December 7th and they stated that it was sent via China Post on November 14th and I should receive it before Christmas.
Should I be concerned by this tracking status? Is it possible that I still could receive my package before Christmas?

I purchased a product from Amazon in December, which was shipped from China to Canada. The China Post tracking number is CP531421205CN. Unfortunately, I have not received the parcel yet.
I followed up with Canada Post, and they informed me that the tracking status still shows “Item mailed in originating country”, which suggests that the parcel may not have left China yet. The tracking information has not been updated since that status.
Could you please help check the status of this shipment with China Post or the delivery service and let me know:
- Whether the parcel has been dispatched from China
- If there are any delays or issues
