Product arrived in US on May 2, and has been stuck in trunk line/main line transfer for the past 10 days. is my package lost? when should i expect to receive my shipment?

It's in transit in the USA now. It maybe delayed. You'd better wait for more days to see if you could get it.

The package arrived to USA and cleared customs May 1. It has been showing trunk transfer since May 5. same status update 3x in the past 10 days. If its in USA already why has it not transferred to post office for 2 weeks?
