I accidentally put the wrong address on my package and it says it was undelivered so my question is who would I contact?

I sent a parcel from US to China. Tracking information says held at post office and undelivered.
What do I do?

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that? By recipient, does it mean me or something else? Did they somehow get my address wrong? The last update I saw on the tracker is that the shipment has left the processing center, on October 22, 25, and 28. What should I do in this situation? Do I contact my local carrier/post office or do I just be patient and wait?
