My parcel shows delivered, but it has not been received. I followed up with Royal Mail as your tracking shows it arrived at Greenwich Mail Processing Centre - which does not exist.

Hi HendreB,

It's shipped by Guangzhou Logistics (光舟物流). Tracking information shows it was delivered on May 29. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that? By recipient, does it mean me or something else? Did they somehow get my address wrong? The last update I saw on the tracker is that the shipment has left the processing center, on October 22, 25, and 28. What should I do in this situation? Do I contact my local carrier/post office or do I just be patient and wait?
