Undelivered package

The status of my package says undelivered. What does that mean and how do we fix it. I placed this order on the 7th and I would like to know why it’s taking so long and why is it “undelivered”.

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that? By recipient, does it mean me or something else? Did they somehow get my address wrong? The last update I saw on the tracker is that the shipment has left the processing center, on October 22, 25, and 28. What should I do in this situation? Do I contact my local carrier/post office or do I just be patient and wait?
