Undelivered package

I’m contacting you regarding my package, tracking number AM697798777CN. According to your website this package has been delivered but I have not received any package. Can you please inform me of the UK carrier for the last leg of the journey so that I can chase the issue with them.

Hi Scott Hart,

It should be delivered by Royal Mail. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that?
