undelivered package

I sent package from Thailand since 25 March 2019 it's at the Guangzou post office already but the recipient has not yet received the package. And the recipient had tried to you at 862012360 but no answer. Can you please check it what to do because it's almost 2 months already. Or if possible, can you send it back to the sender? Please let the recipient call China Post service number 11185 to check it. If the delivery was failed, it will be returned back.

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that?
