Dear All,

We purchased the First Aid Quick Slow Release Buckle Medical Military Outdoor Portable Tactical Emergency Tourniquet Strap One Hand k5 from Ali express in China.

But the seller arrange wrong invoice. They should write on it “my company name”, but was written my name by mistake.

We could not make custom progress for this situation.

Our custom clearance want to information is given from the seller about this situation. Just the seller could not reach your post office via phone.

They should contact with post office and give the bellowing message via their company’s letter "The receiver/consignee name supposed to be KOZA ALTIN ISLETMELERI. It was written ELIF ECEM by mistake. Please update the change and notify the courier that the parcel was passed on to."

As a result, they could not contact the post office and we could not make custom progress for this situation..

Please give the information about this situation to our post office in TURKEY or please call the seller ((samantha tamara)

We need your help urgently.

Hi DİDEM,

Sorry, we couldn't give the information about this situation to your post office in TURKEY. We are only a tracking platform for packages. You need to contact the seller to contact China Post to change.
