WAITING FOR PACKAGE

I seen it said we should all take it easy on China's post? WHY? We are the consumers. I have been waiting for my package well over a month. In fact going on two months now. NO RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER WHAT SO EVER AND THEN I am offered a partial refund or $42.00? For an item I did not receive? Whats up with that. Is scamming someone for a few bucks worth all that?

Hi Don,

Coronavirus is slowing down packages and goverments are closing borders which causes delays for airplanes to transport packages. No one can control this. You may receive it later although you have got partial refund.
