WAITING FOR PACKAGE

Tracking number (LS337740873CN). I have tried relentlessly to contact the seller. To no avail I have yet to hear from them. I get this while Covid 19 issue and causing delays in shipments. However I have been waiting now approaching 50 days and yet still not received the item. You said once before is was ready and was being transported from last place it was at. ISSUE- it still sits there as though nothing is going to happen. Explain to me why I should not be concerned about this, instead of some generic reply "Its being transported."

I can not even get the seller to reply to me as well. That's sad. As a consumer one would expect and reasonably so that the seller would have communication with ANY CONSUMER. Seems to be pretty poor ( from the seller ) in that respect. It is also pretty sad with no return email from the seller. SO I guess they just take your money and really don't care to communicate with the consumer if the consumer has concerns. WHY IS THAT?????? I got the same reply from you the first time you replied. IS that some sort of auto reply or are you actually a real person? Curious

Given your reply I should receive my package the first week of July. DOUBTFUL but we'll see. I don't have much faith, Since I purchased this item in question I have for your information also ordered a couple other things that apparently were from China. Amazingly enough I have received them in a matter of 2 weeks. So telling me it takes 30-60 days is a bit strange to me. I mean packages from China are sent the same post. Yet this recent one is taking for ever------------------. Given I have received two other items from China i don't understand why this particular one is taking longer. That is why I am so upset over it. All packages came from China just this one --well - is taking forever. IT MAKES NO DAM SENSE TO ME AT ALL TO BE HONEST.

ITS BEEN SITTING IN THE SAME DAM PLACE SINCE MAY 10TH, 2020. Seems to me even with covid 19 it would have been further along that what it is. IM not STUPID. TRUST ME

It's ok I don't mind waiting another 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 days to get a reply. Nothing surprises me any more. Seems not to be that important to sellers from China. the money they get is very important, but assuring consumers get their orders/ packages just not very important at al apparently.

it doesn't take over a month to get one package on a dang plane and it sure don't take over a month for a plane to reach the USA either. SO the fact there has been NO UPDATES since then. Tells me its not even left what ever airport it is at. Apparently NO ONE wants to take the time to find out why. WHY IS THAT?? PLEASE REPLY

Look I'm sorry if my messages offend/offended you. I just want to say as a consumer I am not happy. I get I can come across a bit abrasive at times, I do not mean too. It's just to me it would seem it would have moved by now. I mean it has been at the same (airport?) over a month now. It just does not make sense to me,

Parcels are handled in bulk as part of a mail stream of many items. This makes things much slower, but also much cheaper, which is why mailing a parcel costs about 1/50th as much as an airline ticket.
General delivery time to the US is 30-50 days. Some may be ealier than 30 days and some may be 80-90 days. You need to wait for more days to see.

While I await an explanation from my recent message to you, I also have realized that you must be pretty busy with the overwhelming number of complaints with China Post. This said I can understand the delay(s) in your responses. However, it does not lesson my concerns in your shipping process amid this Covid-19 pandemic. Again, I have received other shipments from China during this period just fine with NO DELAYS. So it confuses me a great deal why ONE PARTICULAR package STILL SITS IN THE VERY SAME PLACE. What was your response of 30-60 days you have now changed to 80-90 days. I am really wondering if anyone knows how long with this delay given other packages have been received by my just fine from China.

Hey maybe you can give me the name of the airport it is in and contact number. Maybe I can contact them myself if you are to busy to do so. I have no problem touching base with them, Im sure since I have a tracking number they can give me some info on the package? Can you provide me with that information please??

Approaching 2 MONTHS AND IT STILL SITS IN THE SAME AIRPORT. NOT EVEN MOVED, WHICH IS A SCAM OR IT GOT LOST. EITHER WAY ITS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS TO BE HONEST, NOT TO MENTION GETTING ANY REPLY IS BASICALLY SLIM TO NONE. BUT THEN ITS NOT YOU SO WHY WOULD IT MATTER?

This package with tracking number (LS337740873CN) was processed three (3) times in the same facility so perhaps there is some confusion if it is still there yet it is showing it and has been since MAY 10TH, 2020. CAN YOU FIND THE TIME TO HELP AND LOOK INTO THIS BY CHANCE

By the way I have contacted the USPS and they have no information on this package as of yet, but I did not think that they would as it still shows sitting in FUZHOU, China at this time.
IS it at ALL POSSIBLE FOR YOU OR CHINA POST TO REALLY DO SOME MORE RESEARCH ON THIS. MY GOD PLEASE????

My god thanks for your reply, which apparently isn't going to happen. It would be nice if you could check on my package and not just give me a time span which went from 30-60 days to 80-90 days. I;m curious as to why the time span changed? Can you not tell me????

I will be contacting the USPS to confirm the updated info I am seeing. It would be recommended that this info is not false, otherwise I will be seeking federal assistance in investigating this further. Perhaps you and/or your service chooses not to respond~~~! However it does not nor will it prevent me from investigating this to the fullest, You and your service in my opinion could care less about customer concerns to be honest. Just my opinion and my experience thus .
