I've been waiting for an important document from the US. Tracking #CH101443215US
It was sent on July 2 but I still haven't received it. Please advise.

I have a few products that been stuck at "Arrive at departure transit hub" since jun 21 and i order back in May .
Why its stuck there for so long and what is the next step once the products leave from there. How many more places my products have to go from there ? Just trying to figure out if i still wait or if I should just cancel it .i been really understand because i know its hard time but not sure how much longer its understanding to wait still
