What does dispatch from sorting center mean?

I ordered something on February 2, 2020 and it says it'll be delivered in 16-26 days. It has now been over 30 days and it still hasn't arrived. Should I be concerned? It is quite time sensitive and I would need to look for alternatives if it can't arrive in the next month either. Tracking number is LM714749932CN. Thanks.

hello! i ordered something the 10th of this month and on the website i ordered it from said it dispatched from its original country then it said my ordered cancelled and now its saying its dispatched in china?? Im super confused can you help

If it's returned back to the seller, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get refund or require the seller to send one again to you in time.

I placed an order on November 28, 2020. The tracking number i was giving just the other day is AS688658604CN. Its showing that the order left sorting center on December 7, 2020.
