What does "has been imported and sealed (domestic transfer)" mean?

|

It's been a while since my package was dispatched and the last update was "[Beijing Processing Center] has been imported and sealed (domestic transfer)".

What exactly does this mean?

Hi Joe Barber,

It means your package is being processed at Beijing Processing Center and will be delivered in the next station later. If it's stuck there over three days, it's normal. Better contact China post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask.

I haven't got another new status since that date and the logistic order was delivered on October, 24

I sent back and item to China and it seems to be stuck with the last scan 10 days ago at:
[Guangzhou Processing Center] has been imported and sealed (domestic transfer)
Is there a way to obtain more information or is if it is being returned to me (sender) or still heading to the receiver?
Thanks in advance.
