What does 宁波市, 进口海关留存待验 mean?

The bra that I am returning to a seller for a refund left Ireland on 11 June 2020 but hasn't been delivered yet. How do I get customs to release it? I don't know what to do. Thanks

Hi Lesley,

If the seller doesn't receive any notice from the customs, it takes about 3-20 days to be released. You'd better wait for more days to see. Also, ask the seller if he has received any notice about how to get it from the customs.
