When to arrive

Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding my orders, LM132198320CN and LM132198355CN. The website mentioned delivery within 7–20 days, but it’s been 17 days and I haven’t received them yet. The only update available shows flight departure and arrival, but it’s unclear which country the packages are in.
Could you please provide more information on their current location and estimated delivery?

Hi Daisy,
Thank you for your update.
However, I’m a bit confused. In your previous message on March 15, you mentioned that the parcel was already in Saudi Arabia and that I should wait a few days to receive it. But now you’re saying that as of March 20 it has just boarded a flight and is still in transit.
Also, the expected delivery time is 7–20 days, and the shipment was picked up on March 3, so it has already exceeded the normal timeframe.
Could you please clarify the exact current location of the parcel?
Thank you.

The tracking number you're looking for, LM132198320CN, is a parcel sent by China Post to Saudi Arabia. Based on the current logistics records, the situation is a bit unusual. Let me summarize for you:
Latest Status (as of March 20th): The parcel has just boarded its flight to its destination and is still en route.
Key Timeline:
March 3: Domestic pickup
March 4: Guangzhou export sealing, customs release
March 12 – March 20: Multiple "Airline departure/Aircraft arrival" loops
Points to Note:
From March 12 to March 20, the logistics showed multiple "departure" and "arrival" records. This usually indicates:
The package may have been scheduled for multiple flights in Guangzhou or a transit port but did not actually leave the country, or the system may have repeatedly updated during flight delays or changes.
The latest "Aircraft arrival" record on March 20 is more likely to indicate that the package has arrived at a transit point (such as Dubai, Doha, etc.) or in Saudi Arabia, rather than still in Guangzhou.
Current Conclusion:
The package has left China and is normally in the transportation chain.
No local delivery or arrival information from Saudi Post has been displayed yet.
It is recommended that you continue to track it. When "Arrived at overseas exchange bureau" or "Customs held" appears, it has entered the Saudi Arabia segment.
