when will my package leave Guangzhou city to Canada

My package tracking number is CY 015213293CN and I learned that the package is in Guangzhou city, delivered to the carrier. How long will it stay there before coming to my place in Penticton BC CANADA I ordered this package on April 22, 2023, and it was supposed to come May4m2023. Today is May 18, 2023.

Hi ksmylen4849,

It was handed over to the carrier for transportation on May 5 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
