When will our package be delivered again?

Tracking ID: ZC43827691699 It states a delivery attempt was made but no one was here to sign. Our office hours are 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please let me know when it will be delivered. We need our order as soon as possible. Thank you.

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS and ask for a re-delivery. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Yes I've checked my package all the way to the day it got here and it set out for delivery on Easter day which I knew it wasn't out for delivery that day but then the following day it said had to been delivered to Englewood My question is was this package delivered to a another carrier like USPS or UPS when it states that it was delivered to Englewood or was it delivered to my shipping address or claim to be delivered on the day that it said delivered because I never received a package and I'm trying to track it down and I assuming that it never even was sent or processed and I was scammed can someone please get back with me 720-210-2336
