Where can i collect my package

Hello I am tracking a shipment with number LP00478906567107, LP00478911132208, LP00479567590691, LP00479580125789, LP00479546554013

I can see that it arrived to the destination (Jeddah) but I also see a note stating (Jeddah Station-Address is unknown / wrong:<Uncontactable-No Answer/Switched off&gt) and again another note (Jeddah Station-Other reasons:<Did Not Order&gt)

What can I do and how can I fix this issue!
