Where do i pickup my package?

My package with tracking number AS022002754CN has read "out for delivery" for over a week and I have no contacts to get a hold of to find it. It also reads "pick up" but I don't know where it pick it up from, there's no pickup address and my local post doesn't recognize the tracking number.
