I purchased sth from ebay. It has been nearly one month. I can't get any information. I don't know where is my corgo... Can I get information about it? When can i get it, if I can of course... My tracking number is: #UJ741564685CN

Hi memincaglar,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is that the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
