Where is my package? Tracking information is showing it hasn't moved since 8-5-18 when it was due to ship to Los Angeles California USA. Would like to know what happened and when I can expect my shipment. Thank you for your time.

The package was delivered by DHL Paket. You'd better contact DHL Paket to ask where did they deliver it.

I think you ask the same parcel from another question. The parcel with the tracking number of LY533364713CN left China on August 6 and is on the way to USA now. As it's sent by e-packet, it usually takes 15-45 to reach. There will be further update when it arrives in USA. Wait patiently.
