Yes, it has left China. The average arrival time for package from China to UK by air is 7-40 days. If it's shipped by other ways, more days are needed.
Package with tracking number consists of 11 numbers belongs to China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It's a cheap service and not registered outside China. So, it couldn't be registered when it leaves China. It should be on the way to UK now.
