Where is my package? China post is delivered and was not

AM776450919CN Is my tracking number. Package was not delivered to me I have proof of so and I’m curious as to where it went I tracked it on every parcel site and China post is the saying delivered. To whom??

Hi Taj,

It was delivered on May 7. If you don't get it, try to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many seller uses china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.

Dear China Post,
I have ordered an item on AliExpress and it has been shipped to me by China Post. The tracking number is AT558879198CN .
Somehow in the system it is shown as Delivered (first on December 4, 2024. Then delivered again on December 9, 2024 which is quite strange with two delivery dates). However, in reality is has unfortunately not been delivered, and I have not received it. I do not know where that package may be at this time. The seller on AliExpress recommended that I contact China Post so that you could initiate tracing the package.
Could you please trace the package to see where it might be at this time, because I have not received it?

Tracking states package delivered.
I was home all day and it was not delivered. Advised to contact carrier. I can't find out which carrier supposedly delivered the package. The china post tracking is the only carrier shown. I need to know the time of delivery, the location it was delivered to and by whom it was delivered by. The only tracking number is have is china post #Am739165058cn

I have a couple of packages marked under China post that are claimed to have been delivered yet nothing was delivered. I contacted China post by ermail no reply. I contacted the business by email no reply. It mentioned China post to USPS no record found from my local post office of such tracking number that exist. No one responds: so how do we communicate with China post to confirm or to investigate? Here are the two tracking numbers: AG679502983CN & AG679210367CN it says it was delivered sucessfully? Where, When, to Whom?
