i need to know where is my package in my country this is the tracking number SYRM160204119
but i do not know where it is in my country i do not know the courier that has it

It's shipped by Shun You Logisitcs (顺友物流). Tracking information shows it has been in Chile since November 24. It's not normal that it's still not delivered. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you as soon as possible.

Unknown status of my package after flight left China (1 reply)

Hi,
My package EB854127911CN apparently left China on february 16, and it hasn't registered any new movements since then. Local mail says that the package hasn't formally entered my country yet and it doesn't seems to be in possession of my country's customs either.
What could've happened there? Did my country's custom lose the package? Or it couldn't successfully leave China in the first place?
