Where is my package no updates or anything almost a month!?!?!

Where is my package? I have tried to contact someone with no luck many people actually. I ordered my package July 3rd. The last thing it shows ANYWHERE is that is preparing shipment on 7/7/19. As of this coming Sunday it'll of been a month now since I have ordered this order, yet no answers on where my package is?? TRACKING NUMBER: LT881855335CN
