where is my package stucked

My parcel stuck on China. Checking with tracking number this result coming to me: Leave "Beijing Interchange Bureau", next stop "Beijing East station".
Tracking number is RB695061128SG
Anyone have idea?

You'd better let the recipient in China make the call.

Call +86 10 11185 (then 8 for English service) if you call from outside of China. Better call during their working hours: 9:30AM - 12:00AM, 2:00PM-5:00PM
