Where is my package? Tracking hasn’t updated

Hi my package has been stuck on “flight departed” since May 4th. I was wondering if there was any information or any idea where my package is? I shipped a different package two days before this one and it arrived in 6 days. Why is this one taking so long? The tracking number for the parcel is EB744434985CN. Any information would be great, is the package lost, stuck or on its way?

Hi, so if it is 20-40 days do you think the status right now is normal? No update in three weeks since it first shipped. Currently on 23 days.
EMS is slow at present. It usually takes about 20-40 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
