Please what happened to my packages with tracking numbers (UN904381352CN, UN927220441CN) they have been in Beijing for over 20 days now without any progress. What is the matter?

My question is how to track a package after I see it's left China customs. I'm in the United States. The seller on eBay usually gives me play by play from the moment she gives me the tracking number till it leaves customs and has to my country but how do I get to take it from there? Sometimes I can get it to pick up on my informed delivery with the USPS but sometimes I can't. Thank you

There is no further update after Feb. 6 and Feb. 14 for these two packages. because the packages are sent by China post ordinary small packet plus. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for them after they leave some stations of China. It usually takes about two months for it to reach and it's easy to be lost. You'd better contact the sender to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.
