Hi Ramona,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered to air transport. You need to wait for more days to get update.

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.

I order 2 Helly Hansen jackets from China. It’s been 63 days and parcel has still not arrived. When I track my parcel with this code UU092119406CN it says parcel is in Langley, UK since 19th May. Why has it not been delivered to me if it’s been in uk for over 7 weeks???
