Where is the packaged? Showing Delivered never received it

Never received the packaged said it was delivered on may 4th. I looked everywhere and I even checked with all carriers fedex, ups, usps, no such tracking number for this item. Its a very large item. Carrier is from China to USA

Cannot get a answer from the seller. USPS said that there was nothing that shipped to them on may 4th. Tracking information showed left processing center then out for delivery then dispatch then delivered cannot call the shipping company due to they don't speak English. Tracking #AM775852845CN. Don't know if it was ever shipped from China to USA or if its sitting somewhere in the processing center or on a truck or if the package was damaged.
It should be delivered by USPS. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
