My item with tracking number SYAET25724644 had been in Nigeria for over 75days. The tracking keep showing in transits. I don't know Sunyou office in Nigeria. I have sent them several mail but no response

In normal, you need to contact the seller to help you check which courier will deliver it to yuo in Nigeria. If they don't reply, you can only call by yourself.
