Where's my package?

Ordered January 29 and has been in Secondary Processing in New York since February 15. Update status never changes. What is going on? Is there an estimate of when I will receive my package?

Hi Dezigngirl,

To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
