Where's my package

I'm receiving epacket from China and it says arrived at destination on august 23. It's now September 14, I don't have the package and my sender refuses to communicate with me about where it's at and what's goin on. Tracking number is LY845252553CN

It's still in transit. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in the US.
