I've looked up the tracking number that I was given and it says it doesn't exist LY699250981CN can you help me find out what is going on

Hi Ndnmojo,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
