Why don't I get tracking after Customs clearance.

I ordered sneakers from Orthofit out of China. I had to return them because they didn't fit and I couldn't wear them, so I returned them for a refund. This package states it cleared customs on July 19 but there's no move movement and the company says they haven't received it. This is my tracking #LM328767878US. I appreciate that this package gets delivered to Orthofit so Ican get my refund for my returned sneakers, this is ridiculous that this has taken this long and no one notified me of this never delivering. Lisa Conger I just want my money back.

Right now last update is on 08/10/2021 and it has EME status on Customs Clearance.
Do I need to ask transportation company to make some actions or wait for customs clearance ? is it a normal status at customs clearance ?
