Hi Nick black,

You'd better find the seller's email from the place you buy it and then contact the seller to reflect the problem. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

So I sent an inquiry some time ago about my package ly527667613cn, and was told then that my package was sent by airline on November 19th, and then received an update that it hadn’t departed China until December 12th. So kind of confused as to where my package is and when it will be delivered as it has been 45 days since shipped and in transit. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
