Why has my tracking information not been updated in almost 1 month??

I posted a parcel (RN709026667GB) over a month ago. As you can see in the tracking information, the parcel was exported from Langley on the 15th August. Why has the recipient not received the parcel or anymore tracking information been provided?

Hi Dave UK,

There is no update for it at present. It's still in transit to China and hasn't arrived. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives.

My tracking hasn’t updated for a month - it’s stuck at “Dongguan City - Has been exported directly” and hasn’t moved at all. Could you help me by tracking my package and clarifying when I could expect to receive it?
It also says EDI-Received but no movement for over a month. Is it still in China?
