Hi maggie,

Packages are processed slowly due to the coronavirus. It's still in transit and hasn't been arrived in China. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

hello. I have tried a couple of times to contact the company that sent my package because it hasent arrived yet, and they dont really answer me... and i can see that it havent gotten anywhere since it completed the costums clearance on december 29, and its more than 2 weeks since, so just wanted to know if you guys know anything about my package and when it will be delivered, since i cant see anything on that matter.
