Why is it so long?

Hi. I should receive a small parcel from China (RK281644834CN) to Canada. I have checked the tracking number and it says it left the 18 th august from shanghai pudong by air carrier. I still try to track and no other information appear. I've waited for a month now and I would like to know where is my package. I'm afraid it is lost.

I saw your parcel was collected by China post office in Wuxi on Tue, 11 Aug 2015 17:14 and It departed from Shanghai Pudong at 09:52 of 2015-08-18. Now, one month has passed. In general, if the parcel doesn't reach you over one month, it may be lost. You'd better ask the sender to go to the local post office to check and ask for compensation.
