Why is it taking so long?

Hey,
I am waiting for a package already for over 2 months. My local post office didn't received it. So they are still in china after 2 months.

I get that they are delayed. But can I still expect them to arrive in the Netherlands or are they just gone? I mean normally it takes 15 days it’s right now over 60 days. Is it lost or can I still expect them to come in? Like what’s the deal? Can you figure out exactly where the package is?
