Why my bag did not delivered.

I have sent 4 bags, however, 3 of them are delived and one did not arrived, it takes more than 4 months.

It's not normal for it. It has been expired and may be lost. You need to contact the seller to require him send one again or refund you in time.

I'm unaware of this courrier having fleets in NB Canada. I assume where it landed in USA then had to cross the border into Canada that the Courrier changed?
