Why my package is delivered and have not received it?

Hi China post,
I have this tracking number for my package LX284765173CN and it shows delivered two days ago but one thing is for sure It wasn’t to me. I live in Canada, can you please tell me where is or what happened with my package?

Hi Stephania,

LX284765173CN didn't pass the customs check and was returned back to the seller. The seller has got it on May 16. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
