Hi Dr. MOHAMED ELPRINCE,

It was delivered to the carrier transport on October 23 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Saudi Arabia after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have a problem with a shipment that, according to the shipment information, should have been delivered to me on October 15, 2021. To this day I have not received this shipment. It can be assumed that the shipment is at the customs office.
