WHERE'S MY PRODUCT ?

I have a problem with a shipment that, according to the shipment information, should have been delivered to me on October 15, 2021. To this day I have not received this shipment. It can be assumed that the shipment is at the customs office. But until today I have not received any notification and therefore I do not know where and at which customs office the package was delivered.
The tracking number is:
AQ527448153CN

Hi Robert,

I could only see it was delivered in München on October 15. There should be another tracking number to track it after it arrives in Germany. You need to contact the seller to ask. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
