Jinziu Road is not a right road. There is problem for Jinziu. It's a wrong Pinyin. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you the right address.

I think that we were caught by the same scam. My wife ordered some Lego, and we ended up getting a very fake looking Hermes scarf.
The address was not "Jinziu", but "Jinxiu". Full address from our package is shown below.
As Daisy mentioned, this is a scam, so if anyone else has the same issue, I would immediately try and contact your bank/credit card company to stop payment and refund money.

I have since filed complain with the GuangDong consumer Services and they told me the phone number is fake. This whole transaction is a scam.

I ordered under armour clothing back on the 27th July 2020 and have received a pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses instead. I have tried emailing the company whom we ordered the clothes from and they have yet to reply.

I would like a full refund on my items ordered otherwise I will take legal action which will result in extra fees incurred and payable by your company.

I've been informed that this type of scam IS illegal in China, watch this space for a further update, and information on what to do if you cant get your money back, or the item you actually ordered, as I AM NOT letting these scammers get away with this.
(I've been given information on a police dept in China who can investigate this, and I've made contact with them)

Ordered a pair Nike Air Max en received a pair off glasses. In contact with seller to get my money back, first he send me a link to select a new item with the same price, saw only ugly shoes so I sad “I want my money back”. I get 2 options:
Option 1: He will give a 30% refund and than I can keep the item.
Option 2: Return package and I will get full refund.

I choose option 2, but now he’s going to be difficult.

I don't suggest you return it back. If you choose this one, they will say they don't receive it although it's delivered. You will get nothing at last.

If you have paid by Debit/credit card, REQUEST A CHARGE BACK FROM YOUR BANK.
You can usually do this online.
They will need:
Original order confirmation, and all emails to & from seller, and a letter from you describing the problem, I'm currently n the process of doing so with my bank (Natwest)

Just check your credict card to see if you are charged for this. If no, it should be a brushing scam from a seller to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product.

My husband randomly received a fake Burberry scarf in the mail today from this seller in China. Qe have never ordered anything like this. The package was addressed to my husband. Who the hell is this person and why did they mail this to him?

I ordered 6 pairs of children’s Nike shoes, which totaled up to $73.00. Which was supposed to arrive TODAY (10/6/20).
Not only did I NOT receive my son’s shoes, but I also received some f*cking Ray Bans (which I think are fake imo) that are apparently worth $15.00, based on what the label said. I am B E Y O N D pissed, which pissed isn’t even the correct word for the amount of anger and frustration I feel.

Honestly, if ya’ll are going to advocate for this kind of scammer-y going on using your postal & delivery service, the least you can do is take the people ya’ll are allowing to get scammed, out for dinner before f*CKING THEM RAW WITH 20 GRIT SANDPAPER.
