Why my tracking not update when already handed to airlines

from the tracking page it's been there for days now. I was looked 3 times for 6 days but the tracking still already handed over to airline for transpotation. I need to receive it soon because my friend’s birthday is comming . The tracking number is CP407574557CN

Hi Phuc,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives. You'd better wait for another 10 days to see.

Hi. We have two parcels arriving from the same supplier; these were sent together. Tracking shows them as being in the same locations/times along the way [eg travelling together]. On 9-Sept both were 'Handed over to Airlines'. Now, parcel [EV931430469CN] has been in our country for three days - with delivery today [. The other package is still showing as 'Handed over to Airlines - 9th Sept' [Guangzhou, China]. We're thinking it's been lost. The tracking number is; EV931539205CN. Can you please advise.
