Package stuck on "Handed over to airlines"

Hi, It's Ashley.
I recently ordered a package and it has been shipped, however it is stuck on "Handed over to airlines." for almost two weeks now. I was wondering if you could update me on my package and tell me if it has arrived in Australia? I just hope the package isn't lost or anything because this is the longest I've waited for a package to be delivered to my house.

It's in Australia now. Australia Post will deliver it to you recently.

It hasn't arrived. It was delivered to air transport on Sep. 23 and takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
