Hi I have to packages stuck at the stage of "handed over to airlines for some time"

and: LZ255011533CN
Both were due in Australia 2 Days ago, what is happening?

Hi,
I ordered a package recently and the tracking status is stuck at "Handed over to airlines." for over three weeks. All orders from the same seller took about 2-3 weeks to be delivered in the past and this is the longest I'm having to wait for a package. I was wondering if you could update me regarding the approximate time it would take for me to receive it? I just hope it isn't lost during transit.
