Stuck at the same place

Hello , I have 2 packages coming in with tracking numbers EB730445501CN EB730567920CN
one is stuck at handed over to airlines and one is stuck at International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada, GUANGZHOU EMS, China. Please let me know what’s happening

Hi lavansh26,

EMS is not as fast as before due to the affect of the coronavirus. It usually takes about 10-30 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
